• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Pirated software, cracked programs, or license circumvention tools
• Malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Deceptive or misleading content

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

You may not use our Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam"). Specifically:

• You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam laws
• You must provide clear opt-out mechanisms in all commercial emails
• You must not send emails to purchased or harvested lists
• You must not operate mailing lists without explicit consent

We may block mail ports if we detect spam originating from your account.

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor network traffic and resource usage
• Investigate potential violations of this AUP
• Issue warnings, suspend or terminate services, remove or disable access to content, or report illegal activity to law enforcement

We will generally attempt to notify you before taking action, except when immediate action is required to protect our network or other customers.
