2. General Principles
You must use our Services responsibly and in compliance with:

- Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission
- Running peer-to-peer file sharing services for copyrighted material
Note: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Security Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for your use of the Services, including:
- Keeping operating systems and software up-to-date with security patches
- Using strong passwords and authentication mechanisms
- Implementing firewall rules to restrict unnecessary access
- Encrypting sensitive data in transit and at rest
- Regularly backing up your data
You must promptly report any security deficiencies or breaches related to the Services to security@iotamine.com.
5. Network Abuse
You may not use our network to:
- Generate excessive network traffic that adversely affects other customers
- Participate in or facilitate denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
- Perform port scanning, network probing, or unauthorized monitoring
- Engage in IP spoofing or other falsification of origin
- Operate services that consume disproportionate bandwidth
We reserve the right to impose bandwidth limitations or traffic shaping measures if your usage negatively impacts other customers.
6. Content Restrictions
You may not use our Services to host, distribute, or link to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative content
- Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Pirated software, cracked programs, or license circumvention tools
- Malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Deceptive or misleading content
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.
7. Email Restrictions
You may not use our Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam"). Specifically:
- You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam laws
- You must provide clear opt-out mechanisms in all commercial emails
- You must not send emails to purchased or harvested lists
- You must not operate mailing lists without explicit consent
We may block mail ports if we detect spam originating from your account.
8. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor network traffic and resource usage
- Investigate potential violations of this AUP
- Take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending or terminating services
- Removing or disabling access to content
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
We will generally attempt to notify you before taking action, except when immediate action is required to protect our network or other customers.

10. Policy Changes

We will provide notice of material changes through our website, email, or other communication methods. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
