4. Security Requirements

5. Network Abuse

• Engage in IP spoofing or other falsification of origin
• Operate services that consume disproportionate bandwidth

We reserve the right to impose bandwidth limitations or traffic shaping measures if your usage negatively impacts other customers.

6. Content Restrictions

You may not use our Services to host, distribute, or link to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative content
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Pirated software, cracked programs, or license circumvention tools
• Malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Deceptive or misleading content

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

7. Email Restrictions

You may not use our Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam"). Specifically:

• You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam laws
• You must provide clear opt-out mechanisms in all commercial emails
• You must not send emails to purchased or harvested lists
• You must not operate mailing lists without explicit consent

We may block mail ports if we detect spam originating from your account.

8. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor network traffic and resource usage
• Investigate potential violations of this AUP
• Take any action we deem appropriate, including:
  • Issuing warnings
  • Suspending or terminating services
  • Removing or disabling access to content
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement

We will generally attempt to notify you before taking action, except when immediate action is required to protect our network or other customers.

9. Reporting Violations

To report violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please contact our Abuse Team:

10. Policy Changes

We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

We will provide notice of material changes through our website, email, or other communication methods. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
