By accessing or using any services provided by Iotamine Cloud Services ("Iotamine", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

To access our services, you must register for an account by providing complete and accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Iotamine provides cloud computing infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and related services (collectively, "Services"). You acknowledge that:

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or other issues resulting from your use of the Services

Service Level Agreements (SLAs), if applicable, will be provided separately and form part of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services for any of the following:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating Services without notice.

You are solely responsible for the content you store, transmit, or process using our Services.

All Services are provided on a paid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to:

• Pay all fees for Services used under your account
• Provide accurate billing information and keep it updated
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms. We may change our prices at any time by posting new pricing on our website.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your Services. You remain responsible for all charges incurred during suspension.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• All outstanding payment obligations become immediately due
• We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iotamine and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our Services

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
